NEXORA provides corporate services coordination, application assistance and administrative support. We are not a bank, law firm, accountancy practice or government agency.
No guarantees
Approvals for incorporation, bank accounts, payment processing, marketplace accounts and tax matters are decided by the relevant authority or provider. NEXORA does not guarantee any outcome.
Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate, complete and lawful information. We will decline or terminate services where information is false or where a request may facilitate unlawful activity.
Fees
Fees are set out in a written proposal and separate NEXORA service fees from government and third-party charges.
