Refund and Cancellation Policy
How cancellations and refunds are handled for NEXORA services.
Before work begins
If you cancel before work has started, NEXORA service fees will be refunded in line with the terms of your proposal.
After work begins
Once work has started, refunds reflect work completed. Government fees and third-party charges already paid are generally non-refundable.
Decisions by third parties
A rejection by a registry, bank, payment provider or authority does not by itself entitle a refund of fees for work already performed, unless your proposal states otherwise.
